Passion. Fate. Loyalty.
Would you risk it all to change your destiny?
The last thing Kelsey Hayes thought she'd be doing this summer was trying to break a 300-year-old Indian curse. With a mysterious white tiger named Ren. Halfway around the world. But that's exactly what happened. Face-to-face with dark forces, spellbinding magic, and mystical worlds where nothing is what it seems, Kelsey risks everything to piece together an ancient prophecy that could break the curse forever. (Summary from Goodreads.)

Okay, this is an old book trailer, but I just discovered it. Weretigers! Are you kidding me! Now I want to read the series, and lucky me, there are already 3 out!

Author: Philippa Gregory
Release Date: May 29, 2012
Published by: Simon Pulse

Dark myths, medieval secrets, intrigue and romance populate the pages of the first-ever teen series from #1 bestselling author of The Other Boleyn Girl...
Italy, 1453. Seventeen-year-old Luca Vero is brilliant, gorgeous-and accused of heresy. Cast out of his religious order for using the new science to question old superstitious beliefs, Luca is recruited into a secret sect: The Order of the Dragon, commissioned by Pope Nicholas V to investigate evil and danger in its many forms, and strange occurrences across Europe, in this year-the end of days.
Isolde is a seventeen-year-old girl shut up in a nunnery so she can't inherit any of her father's estate. As the nuns walk in their sleep and see strange visions, Isolde is accused of witchcraft-and Luca is sent to investigate her, but finds himself plotting her escape.
Despite their vows, despite themselves, love grows between Luca and Isolde as they travel across Europe with their faithful companions, Freize and Ishraq. The four young people encounter werewolves, alchemists, witches and death-dancers as they head toward a real-life historical figure who holds the boundaries of Christendom and the secrets of the Order of the Dragon. (Summary from Goodreads.)

I've heard of this author but have never actually read any of her books...but this one I will certainly be trying! This sounds amazing!

  1. The Philippa Gregory looks good! I just started my first book of hers and I can't believe I waited so long to read (listen, it's an audio book) her work.
